Focus T25 Recipes

Another great feature of the program is the Focus T25 Recipes, which is included in the nutrition guide. The nutrition guide is intentionally designed on a simple 5-5-5 plan - where you eat 5 meals a day - and each meal has up to 5 ingredients and take up to 5 minutes to make. This is in line with the overall theme of this program - simplicity and accessibility. So, even if you are very busy, you can still find 25 minutes a day to workout 5 days a week (Monday - Friday) and you sure can find the time to make a meal in 5 minutes or less.
